On arrival, a representative will greet the guests at the aircraft airbridge with a personalized signboard.
Guests are then escorted through to Customs for immigration clearance, where a priority processing lane will be made available where permitted.
Assistance is provided with collecting all baggage, then followed through with priority processing in biosecurity, where permitted before heading through to x-ray screening.
Guests will then be assisted through to their waiting ground transportation
Guests departing the country will be met curb-side and be assisted through priority check-in, Customs and Security.
Guests are then escorted through to the appropriate airline lounge.
If guests do not have pre-arranged lounge access, purchasable access is available and can be arranged by SkyCare prior to departure for an additional cost. This lounge is operated by the Airport Company, and access can be purchased regardless of airline or class they are flying.
When boarding commences, guests are then escorted by our representative through to their departure gate.
